Features

4D-Explorer is an easy-to-use and high-performance visual software for 4D-STEM data processing and analysis for wider scientific communities. It allows for the import, storage, correction, and reconstruction of 4D-STEM datasets and their metadata in real space. https://arxiv.org/abs/2306.08365.

4D-Explorer allows to synthesis BF, ABF, HAADF, DPC, iDPC and dDPC images based on 4D STEM Data.
